When a WR or RB is pushed or runs out of bounds, the clock keeps on running, letting valuable seconds slip away. I don't think this is the way it should be.
The clock should stop and not run until the snap of the ball, isn't that correct? It
does stop when the ball is fumbled or passed out of bounds.
Passing to the sidelines is a time conserving tool that is vital during late game play calling.
Could be the difference in winning and losing
Once the ball leaves the field of play, time stops. Am I right on this?
